Wrexham are third in the table after first half goals from January signing Sam Smith and Ollie Rathbone secured victory at Northampton.
They host Leyton Orient on Tuesday and travel to Mansfield on Saturday with an EFL Trophy semi-final against Peterborough United the following Wednesday.
Parkinson believes having a strong squad will help Wrexham during a busy period of league and cup games.
“It’s so important and that’s what it’s all about,” Parkinson said.
“This squad’s going to be utilised to its absolute maximum but that’s what we’ve built a strong squad for.
“We’re looking forward for this run of games and I feel we’ve prepared for it.”
